Returns & Refunds policy

After making a purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel your purchase by writing us an email. After 24 hours, the purchase is final, and you may return it only if it is broken or damaged in transport.
Please contact us with photos of the damage.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

For EU customers, certain rights may apply under consumer protection laws. However, customized and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless damaged.

We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the address you will get in the email after we accept the return.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
